Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province (Report No. 1281/TTr-UBND dated April 17, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Report No. 621/TTr-BTDTK dated May 14, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award commendations of the Prime Minister to:
1. Mr. Trinh Ngoc Anh, Deputy Chairman of the Association for Supporting Poor Patients in Quang Nam Province;
2. Ms. Truong Tuong Vi, Director of the Art Center for Compassion in Quang Nam Province;
For outstanding achievements in work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and national defense.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
