Article 1. ISSUES THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE, REPLACING DECREE NO. 85/2002/QD-BNN-TCCB OF SEPTEMBER 24, 2002 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REGARDING THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
