THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
At the request of the Director of the Visual Arts and Photography Department, the Director of the Literary and Artistic Copyrights Department, the Director of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department, and the Director of the Publishing Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulation on the use of images in propaganda posters and book covers is hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Visual Arts and Photography Department, the Director of the Literary and Artistic Copyrights Department, the Director of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department, the Director of the Publishing Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
