Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Based on Decree No. 170/2004/QĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned agricultural farms;

Based on Decree No. 200/2004/QĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forestry farms;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province.

Article 1. Approve the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms directly under the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province as follows:

1. Convert to agricultural companies:

Agricultural Farm 24/3 Duc Pho.

2. Convert to forestry companies after separating the protective forest areas for the following forestry farms:

- Bat To Forestry Farm,

- Tra Tan Forestry Farm.

Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province:

1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.

2. Decide to adjust the area and boundaries of various types of land allocated to agricultural companies, forestry companies, and the Forest Protection Management Board in accordance with the local agricultural and forestry development plan and the development plan of each agricultural and forestry farm as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the report No. 391/BNN-ĐMDN dated February 22, 2006.

Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and other relevant ministries shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province in implementing this Plan.

Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision ./.
