THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECREE:
Article 1. Government agencies implement their functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structures according to the decrees of the Government for each agency; they are subject to state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies corresponding to their sectors and fields as provided by law.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from September 20, 2009.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
