CIRCULAR
Repeals Circular No. 101/2007/TT-BTC dated August 20, 2007, issued by the Minister of Finance guiding the management and use of the Fund to support people living with HIV/AIDS

Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Infection with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) dated June 29, 2006; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Prevention and Control of Infection with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) dated November 16, 2020;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing mechanisms of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing mechanisms of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents; Decree No. 59/2024/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing mechanisms of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents which have been amended and supplemented certain provisions according to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2023, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 32/2023/QĐ-TTg dated December 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister abolishing all or part of some legal normative documents of the Prime Minister;

At the proposal of the Director of the Administrative and Public Service Financial Department;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to abolish Circular No. 101/2007/TT-BTC dated August 20, 2007, issued by the Minister of Finance guiding the management and use of the Fund to support people living with HIV/AIDS.

Article 1. Abolish the entire Circular

Abolishes Circular No. 101/2007/TT-BTC dated August 20, 2007, issued by the Minister of Finance guiding the management and use of the Fund to support people living with HIV/AIDS in its entirety.

Article 2. Implementation clause

This Circular takes effect from October 15, 2024.
