Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province (Proposal No. 474/UBND dated March 13, 2008) and the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposals No. 532/TTr-BTDTKN dated May 2, 2008 and No. 581/TTr-BTDTKN dated May 9, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to seven collectives (list attached) that have excellently completed all tasks and led the patriotic competition movement in Quang Binh Province in 2007.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province, the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the collectives named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
