DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 241/UB-VX dated March 6, 2003 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province and the dossier of the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
HISTORICAL MONUMENTS
VICTORY SITE OF BAN HENG
PHU BINH COMMUNE, CHIEM HOA DISTRICT, TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage is ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical heritage Victory Site of Ban Heng within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
