THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 43/2004/QD-BVHTT dated June 28, 2004 of the Ministry of Culture and Information stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Heritage Management Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department and the Head of the Cadres and Civil Servants Department.
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. The attached Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Heritage Management Department is hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Cadres and Civil Servants Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, and the Heads of subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
