ON THE ISSUANCE OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON WORK SAFETY FOR BOILERS AND PRESSURE VESSELS
THE MINISTER OF LABOR - SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND WAR INVALIDS
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Social Affairs and War Invalids;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Technical Regulations on Work Safety for Boilers and Pressure Vessels are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2009.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Labor Safety and related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
