BASED ON THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION, NOVEMBER 26, 2003, AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION, JUNE 14, 2005;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 121/2005/ND-CP, SEPTEMBER 30, 2005, OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION, JUNE 14, 2005;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 185/2007/ND-CP, DECEMBER 25, 2007, OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM.
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION COUNCIL OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM AND THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION IN THE CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM SECTOR.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION COUNCIL, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
