Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;
BASED ON CIRCULAR NO. 20/2010/TT-BNNPTNT OF APRIL 2, 2010 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPLEMENTING AND AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 15/2009/TT-BNN OF MARCH 17, 2009 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUING THE LIST OF PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED DRUGS, CHEMICALS, AND ANTIBIOTICS;
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REMOVES PRODUCTS CONTAINING TRIFLURALIN FROM THE LIST OF PRODUCTS PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE IN VIETNAM:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING TRIFLURALIN REMOVED FROM THE LIST OF PRODUCTS PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE IN VIETNAM, INCLUDING 44 PRODUCTS.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS AND BUREAUS, THE PROVINCE AND CITY DIRECTORS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, BUSINESS, AND USE OF PRODUCTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
