Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING TRIFLURALIN REMOVED FROM THE LIST OF PRODUCTS PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE IN VIETNAM, INCLUDING 44 PRODUCTS.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance.

THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS AND BUREAUS, THE PROVINCE AND CITY DIRECTORS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, BUSINESS, AND USE OF PRODUCTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
