Regarding the abolition of normative legal documents
issued by the Ministry of Finance

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Normative Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Normative Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 185/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister abolishing regulations of the Prime Minister regarding the reissuance and reinvestment from state budget revenues starting from fiscal year 2004; Abolish one normative legal document and three circulars issued by the Ministry of Finance that have ceased to be effective since January 1, 2004 according to Decision No. 185/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister abolishing regulations of the Prime Minister regarding the reissuance and reinvestment from state budget revenues starting from fiscal year 2004 (attached list).
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish one normative legal document and three circulars issued by the Ministry of Finance that have ceased to be effective since January 1, 2004 pursuant to Decision No. 185/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister abolishing regulations of the Prime Minister regarding the reissuance and reinvestment from state budget revenues starting from fiscal year 2004 (attached list).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.
