DECISION
On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Memorandum No. 644/CV-UB dated July 4, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiphong City and the dossier of the archaeological relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments: the archaeological relic ruins of Thap Tuong Long in Ngoc Xuyen Ward, Do Son Town, Haiphong City
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the archaeological relic ruins of Thap Tuong Long within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiphong City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Haiphong City, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
