THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON NATIONAL RESERVES;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 77/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 1, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON NATIONAL RESERVES FOR RICE STORAGE IN BULK UNDER LOW PRESSURE CONDITIONS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY, HEADS OF AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE MANAGEMENT, IMPORT, EXPORT AND STORAGE OF RICE USING THE BULK STORAGE METHOD UNDER LOW PRESSURE CONDITIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
