CIRCULAR

Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Repairing Special-Purpose Vehicles in the Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterwayswork on managing and maintaining inland waterways

Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterway Transport No. 23/2004/QH11 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Inland Waterway Transport No. 48/2014/QH13;

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Repairing Special-Purpose Vehicles in the Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterways.

Article 1. Accompanying this Circular are the Economic and Technical Standards for Repairing Special-Purpose Vehicles in the Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterways.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2016. The Circular No. 60/2011/TT-BGTVT dated December 12, 2011, issued by the Minister of Transport on "Economic and Technical Standards for Repairing Special-Purpose Vehicles in the Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterways" is hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
