THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
BASED ON the Resolution of the National Assembly dated June 25, 1964 amending the Resolution of the National Assembly dated July 6, 1960 regarding the allowance and other benefits for members of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the Committees of the National Assembly,
RESOLVES:
1. Members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, including alternate members, and Chairpersons of the Committees of the National Assembly who do not regularly work at the National Assembly office, if their monthly basic salary is less than 180 dong, shall receive an annual allowance up to a maximum of 200 dong. This allowance combined with the recipient's basic salary must not exceed 180 dong per month.
2. Deputy Chairpersons of Committees of the National Assembly who do not regularly work at the National Assembly office, if their monthly basic salary is less than 170 dong, shall receive an annual allowance up to a maximum of 100 dong. This allowance combined with the recipient's basic salary must not exceed 170 dong per month.
3. Members of Committees of the National Assembly who do not regularly work at the National Assembly office and whose monthly salary is less than 160 dong, without receiving allowances as stipulated in Article 1 and Article 2 above, shall receive a conference allowance equivalent to that when attending the National Assembly each time they attend a Committee meeting.
4. This Resolution takes effect from the date of its adoption.
