THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86-CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for managing the quality of goods;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the management of livestock breeds;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, the Director of the Science and Technology Department and Product Quality,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates economic and technical criteria for livestock breeds that must publish quality standards (attached with a list)

Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, Directors of the Science and Technology Department and Product Quality, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, centrally-affiliated cities, enterprises producing and trading in livestock breeds, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
