THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Pursuant to Decision No. 15/2006/QĐ-TTg dated January 18, 2006 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism;

Pursuant to Circular No. 2590/BNV-TCBC dated June 29, 2006 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the organizational structure of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism;

At the proposal of the Director of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The organizational structure framework of the supporting staff and subordinate units of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism is as follows:

1. Supporting staff:

a) Office;

b) Inspectorate (including legal affairs);

c) Cadre and Civil Service Board;

d) Planning and Finance Board;

đ) Urban Planning and Environment Board;

e) Ethnic Cultural Professional Board;

g) External Relations and Investment Promotion Board;

h) Security Board.

2. Subordinate public service units:

a) Information and Data Center;

b) Project Management Board.

3. Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism Development Investment Company.

Article 2. Based on development requirements, investment progress, and the capacity of the civil servants and officials of the Board, the Director of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism shall decide to establish and specify the functions, tasks, powers, and detailed organizational structure for the boards within the supporting staff; submit to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for approval to establish subordinate units in accordance with the law.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Decision No. 83/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated December 24, 1999 of the Minister of Culture and Information regarding the establishment of the organizational structure of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism, and abolishing previous regulations that conflict with this Decision.

Article 4. The Chief of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Planning and Finance Department, and the Director of the Management Board of Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
