THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/ND-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Based on the assessment results of the National Council for Curriculum Review of the Practical English Continuing Education Program on March 22, 2008;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Continuing Education,

DECISION:

Article 1. The accompanying Decision sets forth the Practical English Continuing Education Program.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. This Decision replaces Decision No. 177/QD-TCBT dated January 30, 1993 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Practical English Programs A, B, and C.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Continuing Education, Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Directors of universities and academies, Principals of universities, colleges, and vocational secondary schools, and heads of continuing education institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
