Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the High Technology Law dated November 13, 2008;
At the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
The Prime Minister issues this Decision to approve the Priority Investment Development High Technology List and the Encouraged Development High Technology Product List.
Article 1. Approves the Priority Investment Development High Technology List and the Encouraged Development High Technology Product List (annexed hereto).
Article 2. For high technologies and high technology products not included in the Lists annexed hereto but which are urgent for serving economic and social development needs, the Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and ministerial-level agencies to submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from January 15, 2015 and replaces Decision No. 49/2010/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the approval of the Priority Investment Development High Technology List and the Encouraged Development High Technology Product List.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
