CIRCULAR

Repeals Circular No. 142/2011/TT-BTC dated October 20, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding financial management for Kuwait Fund and Saudi Fund loans

Saudi Fund

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2016 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures to implement the Law on Enacting Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1. Repeal Circular No. 56/2011/TT-BTC dated April 29, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the calculation methods for supervision indicators and organizing public debt and foreign debt monitoring activities of the State.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of issuance./.
