AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN CONTENTS OF RESOLUTION NO. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON APPROVINGTHE SALARY SCALE FOR POSITIONS, POSITION ALLOWANCE SCALE FOR LEADERS OF THE STATE,THE PROFESSIONAL AND SPECIALIZED SALARY SCALE FOR THE COURT AND PROSECUTOR SECTORS WHICH HAVE BEEN AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED WITH SOME CONTENTS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 823/2009/UBTVQH12, RESOLUTION NO. 973/2015/UBTVQH13 AND RESOLUTION NO. 1212/2016/UBTVQH13BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO. 57/2014/QH13 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED WITH SOME ARTICLES PURSUANT TO LAW NO. 65/2020/QH14; BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE'S COURTS NO. 34/2024/QH15,ARTICLE 1. AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN CONTENTS OF THE REMARKS AT THE PROFESSIONAL AND SPECIALIZED SALARY SCALE FOR THE COURT AND PROSECUTOR SECTORS ISSUED ACCOMPANYING RESOLUTION
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
1. REPLACE THE PHRASE "SENIOR JUDGE" WITH THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 3" AT THE FIRST BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1 AND SECTION 8.
2. REPLACE THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT AT PROVINCE LEVEL" WITH THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 2" AT THE SECOND BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1.
RESOLUTION:
3. REPLACE THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT AT DISTRICT LEVEL" WITH THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 1" AT THE THIRD BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1 AND SECTION 4.
4. REPLACE THE PHRASE "COURT CLERK" WITH THE PHRASE "CLERK" AT THE THIRD BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1 AND SECTION 5.
5. ADD THE PHRASE "SENIOR CLERK" AFTER THE PHRASE "SENIOR AUDITOR" AT THE FIRST BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1.
6. ADD THE PHRASE "PRINCIPAL CLERK" AFTER THE PHRASE "PRINCIPAL AUDITOR" AT THE SECOND BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1.
7. ADD THE FOLLOWING CONTENT TO SECTION 7: "SENIOR JUDGES, MID-CAREER JUDGES, BEGINNER JUDGES WHEN TRANSFERRED TO BECOME JUDGES OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 3, JUDGES OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 2, JUDGES OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 1 SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CORRESPONDING SALARY SCALE WITH THE CURRENT PAY RATE.".
