CIRCULAR

ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Regulations and Standards dated June 29, 2006;Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Law dated June 23, 2014;Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

of the Law on Technical Regulations and Standards;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structureof the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Environment, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to stipulate national technical regulations on environment.Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the following national technical regulation on environment: QCVN 10-MT: 2015/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Water Quality of the Sea.

Article 2.This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2016.

Article 3.

The Director of the General Department of Environment, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible
