DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Regarding the announcement of the state budget estimate for 2004

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 225/1998/QĐ-TTg dated November 20, 1998 and Decision No. 182/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 20, 2001 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing the Financial Disclosure Regulation for state budgets at all levels, budgetary units, state-owned enterprises, and funds with contributions from the people issued together with Decision No. 225/1998/QĐ-TTg dated November 20, 1998 of the Prime Minister;

Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2002/TT-BTC dated January 8, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the Financial Disclosure Regulation regarding the state budget;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 17/2003/QH11 and Resolution No. 18/2003/QH11 of the fourth session of the Eleventh National Assembly (October, November 2003) on the determination of the state budget estimate for 2004 and the allocation of the central budget for 2004, and Resolution No. 423/2003/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated November 12, 2003 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the percentage distribution of revenue items between the central budget and provincial and centrally-administered city budgets;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department;

DECISION:

Article 1: Announce the state budget estimate figures for 2004 (as attached tables);

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 3: The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the State Budget Department, the Financial Management and Administrative Affairs Department, and other relevant Departments, Bureaus, and General Departments under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance shall organize the implementation of this decision./.
