Regarding the issuance of the list of remote localities far from international ports receiving petroleum products with high business costs, increasing the indicative price of petroleum products by 2%

Pursuant to Point 4, Article 11, Decision No. 187/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 15, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Management Regulations for Petroleum Products Business;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department, Ministry of Trade,

Issuing along with this Decision the List of remote localities far from international ports receiving petroleum products with high business costs, increasing the indicative price of petroleum products by 2%.

DECISION:

Article 1: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 1750/2003/QĐ-BTM dated December 15, 2003 of the Minister of Trade on the issuance of the List of remote localities far from international ports receiving petroleum products with high business costs, increasing the indicative price of petroleum products by 2%.

Article 2: Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government; Directors of Commerce/Tourism and Commerce/Tourism Departments of provinces under the Central Government; Directors of key enterprises importing petroleum products and units engaged in petroleum products business are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3: The Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Provincial Departments of Commerce/Tourism Commerce/Business Tourism of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of key enterprises importing gasoline and diesel and business units operating in the gasoline and diesel market are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
