PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. Decision No. 36/1998/QD-TTg dated February 13, 1998 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the National Committee for Youth Affairs; Considering the proposal of the National Committee for Youth Affairs at Official Letter No.
32/2005/UBTN dated July 6, 2005 regarding the change of personnel for the Director of the National Committee for Youth Affairs, Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, shall hold the position of Director of the National Committee for Youth Affairs in place of Mr. Hoang Binh Quan who has been assigned new duties by the Politburo.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Minister of Home Affairs and those named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Minister of Interior and those named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
