Regarding the issuance of toll rates for using Ho Bridge on National Highway 38
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Based on the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 1433/BGTVT-TCKT dated April 26, 2002);
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.
DECISION:
Article 1: The attached Table of Toll Rates for Using Ho Bridge on National Highway 38 is hereby issued together with this Decision.
The subjects applying the Ho Bridge toll rates issued together with this Decision shall comply with current regulations.
Article 2: The proceeds from the Ho Bridge tolls, after deducting the costs of collection as prescribed and paying interest on loans for building the Ho Bridge according to the loan agreement, must be fully remitted to the state budget in accordance with the regulations applicable to bridges and roads funded by state budget funds.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from June 15, 2002.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to collect Ho Bridge tolls, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
