THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Decree No. Decision No. 101/1997/ND-CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and after obtaining the consensus of relevant agencies and units,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announces the List of Joint Circulars issued up to December 31, 2004 that have ceased to be legally effective, comprising 37 documents (Attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
