Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government and Circular No. 10/1998/TT-BLDTBXH dated May 28, 1998 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of personal protective equipment supply regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Catalogue of Personal Protective Equipment for Workers Engaged in Occupations and Jobs with Hazardous and Toxic Factors is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. For occupations and jobs not specified in the Catalogue attached to this Decision or requiring supplementation and amendment, relevant ministries, sectors, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall review and compile them into a list to be submitted to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration and issuance.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from February 15, 2009.
