AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 7 OF ARTICLE 4 OF THE DECREE NO. 37/2006/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2006 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE DETAILING OF THE COMMERCE LAW REGARDING PROMOTION ACTIVITIES IN COMMERCE
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 7 OF ARTICLE 4 OF THE DECREE NO. 37/2006/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2006 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE DETAILING OF THE COMMERCE LAW REGARDING PROMOTION ACTIVITIES IN COMMERCE AS FOLLOWS:

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Trade dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,
DECREE:
Article 1. "7. SHALL NOT USE DRUGS FOR TREATING HUMAN BEINGS, EVEN THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE FOR PROMOTION, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF PROMOTION TO PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS ENTITIES."
THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 1, 2009.
Article 2. Effectiveness
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
