AMENDMENT TO THE PROGRAM ON LEGISLATIVE ACTS AND ORDINANCES FOR 2025
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO. 57/2014/QH13, AS AMENDED BY SOME ARTICLES IN LAW NO. 65/2020/QH14;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 80/2015/QH13, which has been amended and supplemented by some articles according to Law No. 63/2020/QH14;
BASED ON THE CONSIDERATION OF THE REPORT NO. 71/TTr-CP DATED FEBRUARY 8, 2025, OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE CONCLUDING OPINION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
RESOLUTION:
ARTICLE 1. AMENDMENT TO THE PROGRAM ON LEGISLATIVE ACTS AND ORDINANCES FOR 2025
ADD TO THE PROGRAM ON LEGISLATIVE ACTS AND ORDINANCES FOR 2025 TO SUBMIT TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL AT THE NINTH EXTRAORDINARY SESSION (FEBRUARY 2025) THROUGH ONE SESSION AND WITH A SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE THE DRAFT RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON PILOTING CERTAIN SPECIAL MECHANISMS AND POLICIES TO DEVELOP THE URBAN RAILWAY NETWORK IN HA NOI CITY AND HO CHI MINH CITY.
Article 2. Implementation
ASSIGN THE GOVERNMENT TO SUBMIT; THE ECONOMIC COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO LEAD THE REVIEW; THE NATIONALITY COUNCIL AND OTHER COMMITTEES OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REVIEW OF THE DRAFT RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON PILOTING CERTAIN SPECIAL MECHANISMS AND POLICIES TO DEVELOP THE URBAN RAILWAY NETWORK IN HA NOI CITY AND HO CHI MINH CITY.
Article 3. Effectiveness
This Resolution takes effect from the date of its adoption./.
