DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the Fee Schedule for Using Tan De Bridge on National Route 10

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the basis of Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
On the basis of Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, organizational structure, and staffing of the Ministry of Finance;
On the basis of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents therefor;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 650/BGTVT-TCKT dated March 1, 2002);
At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Fee Schedule for Using Tan De Bridge on National Route 10 accompanying this Decision is hereby issued.
The application of the fee rate for Tan De Bridge issued pursuant to this Decision shall be implemented in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The organization collecting fees for Tan De Bridge shall implement the collection, payment, and management of collected fees in accordance with the provisions applicable to bridges funded by state budget.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from June 15, 2002.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to the obligation to pay fees, units entrusted by the Ministry of Transport with the task of organizing the collection of fees for Tan De Bridge, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
