DECISION
QUYETING NO. 70/2002/QD/BTC OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON JUNE 4, 2002 REGARDING AMENDMENT TO THE LEVELS OF FEES FOR PERIODIC TECHNICAL INSPECTION ACCORDING TO SAFETY STANDARDS WITHOUT EXTENDING LICENSES FOR CONTAINERS OF LIQUEFIED COMBUSTIBLE GAS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on tasks, powers and responsibilities for state management of ministries and equivalent agencies.
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance
Considering the proposal by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs at Document No. 1175/LDTBXH-KHTC dated April 23, 2002; to align with current circumstances and in accordance with the recommendation of the Director General of the Tax Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1:
Amends the level of fees for periodic technical inspection according to safety standards without extending licenses for containers of liquefied combustible gas as stipulated at Point 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 58/2000/QD/BTC dated April 21, 2000 issued by the Minister of Finance on establishing fee levels for technical inspection and license issuance fees for machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict safety requirements as follows:
- For liquefied combustible gas containers meeting standards: VND 12,000 per inspection per container
- For liquefied combustible gas containers not meeting standards: VND 20,000 per inspection per container.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from June 15, 2002.
Article 3: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees; units responsible for collecting technical inspection fees and license issuance fees for machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict safety requirements, as well as relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
