Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage dated June 29, 2001 and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture - Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the Inventory Regulation for Museum Objects.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Director of the National Museum, specialized museums, provincial-level museums, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
