PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (Proposal No. 2290/TTr-BGDĐT dated March 19, 2008) and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 601/TTr-BTĐKT dated May 12, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to:
1. Hanoi University of Architecture, Ministry of Education and Training;
2. Vinh University, Ministry of Education and Training;
3. Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology Education, Ministry of Education and Training,
For outstandingly and comprehensively fulfilling their tasks and leading the patriotic competition movement for the 2006-2007 academic year of the Ministry.
Article 2. The Minister of Education and Training, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the collective named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
