THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Notification No. 160/TB-VP dated April 1, 2003, of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Cao Bang Province, notifying the opinion of the leadership of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province agreeing to accept the Hospital of Company I, Vietnam Minerals Corporation;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Minerals Corporation at Circular No. 356/CV-TCLD dated April 23, 2003;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the Hospital of Company I under Vietnam Minerals Corporation to the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province for management.
Article 2. Vietnam Minerals Corporation shall be responsible for directing the handover of the current state of technical facilities, assets, organizational structure, and other related issues of the Hospital of Company I to the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province for management in accordance with the current provisions of the law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Ministry's Inspectorate, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Management, and the General Director of Vietnam Minerals Corporation, the Director of Company I, Vietnam Minerals Corporation, are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
