Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Internal Affairs and the Minister of Public Security,
DECISION:
Article 1. The list of state secrets of the utmost confidentiality level Top Secret the list of state secrets of the utmost confidentiality and extreme confidentiality of the Central Steering Committee for Internal Affairs includes information within the following scope:
1. Party and State policies on internal affairs that have not been or will not be announced.
2. Reports and proposals of the Committee to the Party and State regarding domestic and foreign policies.
3. Special important projects, reports, and other documents of the Committee concerning security and defense.
4. Reports and proposals of the Committee to the Politburo and Secretariat regarding the handling of political cases; cases involving leading cadres requiring the opinion of the Politburo and Secretariat.
Article 2. The list of state secrets of the utmost confidentiality level TOP SECRET the list of state secrets of the utmost confidentiality and extreme confidentiality of the Central Steering Committee for Internal Affairs includes information within the following scope:
1. Reports, proposals, and opinions of the Committee on evaluations and assessments of cadres; on appointments and disciplinary actions of cadres under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat in central internal affairs agencies.
2. Reports and opinions of the Committee to the Politburo and Secretariat and opinions of the Committee to related agencies and organizations regarding the resolution of serious and complex cases.
3. Announcements of important directives of Party and State leaders regarding the tasks of the Committee in the field of internal affairs.
4. Contents of exchanges, meetings, negotiations, and agreements between Committee leaders and foreign agencies and organizations that have not been or will not be announced.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Head of the Central Steering Committee for Internal Affairs and the Minister of Public Security are responsible for supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 5. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
