DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 180/TTr-UB-VX dated July 13, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province and the dossier of the heritage site;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National ranking of heritage site: THE ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC HERITAGE SITE OF THE BUZZER CHUA BÌNH LÂM VILLAGE, PHÚ LINH COMMUNE, HÀ GIANG TOWN, HA GIANG PROVINCE.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage site is ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic heritage site of the Buzzer Chua Binh Lam within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Giang Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
