THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 690/UB dated July 8, 2005 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Lieu Province and the dossier of the heritage site;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
THE ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE SITE OF CHUA KPOPUM MEANCHE (CHUA CO THUM) COMMUNE NINH THANH LOI, DISTRICT HONG DAN, PROVINCE BAC LIEU
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural art heritage site of Chua Kpopum Meanche (Chua Co Thum) within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette..
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Lieu Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Bac Lieu Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
