CIRCULAR
Repealing certain regulatory legal documents
within the authority to issue of the Minister of National Defense
Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Decrees, amended and supplemented by Governmental Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents; amended and supplemented by some articles in Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government;
Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to abolish certain legal normative documents within the authority to issue of the Minister of National Defense.
Article 1. Abolish entirely all legal normative documents on military and defense matters within the authority to issue of the Minister of National Defense detailed in Appendix I attached hereto.
Article 2. Abolish partially certain legal normative documents on military and defense matters within the authority to issue of the Minister of National Defense detailed in Appendix II attached hereto.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from August 4, 2021.
Article 4. The Head of the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense; relevant agencies, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
