RESOLUTION

Issuing the Rules of Procedure for National Assembly Sessions

OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13 which has been amended and supplemented with certain Articles according to Law No. 65/2020/QH14;

Based on the Law on Legislative Activities No. 80/2015/QH13, amended and supplemented by some articles pursuant to Law No. 63/2020/QH14,

RESOLUTION:

Article 1 

The Rules of Procedure for National Assembly Sessions are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the National Ethnic Council, the Committees of the National Assembly, the Secretary-General of the National Assembly, the Office of the National Assembly, the agencies under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Delegations of the National Assembly, the National Assembly deputies; the President of the State, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the State Audit Agency, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and other agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decision within their respective duties and powers.

Article 3

1. This Decision takes effect from March 15, 2023.

2. Decision No. 102/2015/QH13 issuing the Rules of Procedure for National Assembly Sessions ceases to be effective from the date this Decision takes effect.

This Decision was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the tenth termhNational Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, tenth sessionV, the eleventh session 4 on the date 15 monthResolution number 11 Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2019/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2019 of the Government on assigning tasks, procurement or tendering for the supply of products and services using state budget from regular operating expenses;22.
