CIRCULAR

Repeals Circular No. 56/2011/TT-BTC dated April 29, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the calculation methods for supervision indicators and organizing public debt and foreign debt monitoring activities of the State. Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2020;Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 94/2018/NĐ-CP dated June 30, 2018 of the Government on public debt management operations;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Debt Management and External Financial Affairs,

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2023 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal the Circular of the Ministry of Finance as follows:

Article 1. Repeal Circular No. 56/2011/TT-BTC dated April 29, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the calculation methods for supervision indicators and organizing public debt and foreign debt monitoring activities of the State.

1. This Circular takes effect from January 5, 2024.
