Regarding the cancellation of Joint Resolution No. 01/2006/NQLT-BTS-VFFAN dated July 26, 2006
of the Minister of Aquatic Resources and the Vietnam Farmers' Association

THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2004/ND-CP dated May 2, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions on the delegation of administrative procedures in fields under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade."
DECISION:
Article 1. Cancel the serial number and date of Joint Resolution No. 01/2006/NQLT-BTS-VFFAN dated July 26, 2006 to become Joint Resolution No. 03/2006/NQLT-BTS-VFFAN dated September 5, 2006.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Heads of Departments, Inspectorates, Office of the Ministry, Directors of Fisheries Services, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with fisheries management responsibilities, and Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
