On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 896/UBND-VX dated June 27, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yên Bái Province and the dossier of the historical relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National ranking of historical relic: HISTORICAL RELIC DEN NHUOC SON COMMUNE CHAU QUE HA, DISTRICT VAN YEN, PROVINCE YEN BAI.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical relic Den Nhuc Son within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yên Bái Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Yên Bái Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
