THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 72/UBND-VX dated January 24, 2006, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province and the dossier of the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National ranking of relics:
HISTORICAL SITE WHERE PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH LIVED AND WORKED (1954) AT THANH TRUC HILL, BAN NGOAI COMMUNE, DAI TU DISTRICT, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relic is ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the Historical Site Where President Ho Chi Minh Lived and Worked (1954) at Thanh Truc Hill within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
