Circular No. 72/2015/TT-BTNMT Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying Marine Topographic Maps at a Scale of 1:100,000

CIRCULAR

Issued 3. Amend Clause 3 Article 2 as follows:Economic-technical norms for mapping seabed topography at a scale of 1:100 000 pursuant to Decision No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

on InvestmentcouncillORSAt the proposal of the Director General of the Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands,

the Deputy Minister in charge of planning and the Deputy Minister in charge of legal affairs; The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular on economic-technical norms for mapping seabed topography at a scale of 1:100 000.

This Circular annexes the economic-technical norms for mapping seabed topography at a scale of 1:100 000.

Article 1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under central cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2016.

Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
