On Issuing the Regulation on Organization and Management of Vietnam-Cambodia Border Markets

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government regarding functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to Document No. 1269/KTTH/KTTH dated March 26, 1999 of the Office of the Government concerning notification of the Prime Minister's opinion delegating authority to the Minister of Trade to issue "Regulation on Organization and Management of Vietnam-Cambodia Border Markets";

To unify the organization and management of goods circulation activities in the border areas of Vietnam in line with national economic development requirements and the development of friendly relations between Vietnam and Cambodia.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue the "Regulation on Organization and Management of Vietnam-Cambodia Border Markets" attached to this Decision. Article 2.

Chairmen of People's Committees, Directors of Commerce Departments in border provinces in southwestern region, heads of functional agencies under the Ministry of Trade are responsible for implementing this Decision. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature./.

This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance./.
