The Ministry of Finance requests to amend the basis for implementing Decision No. 54/2004/QD-BTC dated June 16, 2004, issued by the Minister of Finance regarding the detailed list of programs and projects for state credit investment loans as follows:
"On the basis of the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992"
It is now proposed to amend as follows:
"On the basis of the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001"
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs the relevant agencies for their information when implementing this decision./.
